If you have questions about intentions, wording, symbolism, or whether a Little Jar of Hope is right for you or a loved one, we’re always happy to help before you place your order. Reaching out ahead of time ensures your jar feels just right.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this Returns & Exchanges policy, trusting that the jar you’ve chosen is part of your journey and arrives exactly as it’s meant to.

Returns or Exchanges

Each Little Jar of Hope is lovingly created — filled with intention, care, and a message meant to meet you exactly where you are. Because these jars are custom-made and energetically personalized, all purchases are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. 
 

If Something Arrives Broken or Not as Intended 

If your jar arrives damaged during transit, or if you receive a jar that does not match your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at alittleharofhope@outlook.com. Include your order number and photo so we can understand what happened. If the issue occurred on our end, we’ll gladly work with you to help restore balance. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each jar is prepared with care shortly after your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or accept cancellations once your purchase is complete.
